•  How do I place an order?

Use the "Sign In" button to create a new account profile. With your email address and the password you create, login to our site and let the shopping begin.

•  Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change your order as often as like as long as it is still in the Shopping Cart. Once you checkout, however, your order cannot be changed, it can only be canceled. Use the "My Account" button to view your open orders and make any cancellations.

•  What if I want to return my order?

In order to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchases, returns and exchanges are only accepted for regular priced, unworn/unused merchandise with the tags attached no later than 14 days from receipt of purchase. In accordance with federal and state health code regulations, intimate apparel orders containing a panty cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
